I read them all and thought what the hell, it's suitably silly to appeal to me on a boring Sunday afternoon.
1: Grab the book nearest to you, turn to page 18, find line 4. Write down what it says:
magandang pamumuhay sa tao, at itaguyod ang malinis na edukasyong at ang mga...
::gigglez:: It's part of the biography of Confucius, in the book The Lun Yu in English, written in Tagalog, and no, I don't understand what it says, but the book alternates Chinese, Malay, Tagalog and English.
2: Stretch your left arm out as far as you can. What do you touch first?
Chocolate lollies shaped like bunnies.
3: What is the last thing you watched on TV?
The Bahrain Grand Prix cos my Mom's a fan and she's visiting so I'm being gracious and allowing it. :op
4: WITHOUT LOOKING, guess what time it is:
5: Now look at the clock, what is the actual time?:
6: With the exception of the computer, what can you hear?:
The Bahrain Grand Prix, cos Mom videoed it and now her hubby has arrived and he's watching it. (This gracious business is harder than it looks.) Also, the occasional sounds of car wheels on wet tarmac outside the window. It's finally stopped raining!
7: When did you last step outside? what were you doing?
Four and a half hours ago when I went out to charge up my electric key.
8: Before you came to this website, what did you look at?
I read the latest chapter of Changes, by Tabaqui.
9: What are you wearing?
Baggy blue trousers and a very worn stained blue t-shirt with faded flowers identified on it.
10: Did you dream last night?
Probably, but I hardly ever remember. I'm pertty sure it was Spander-related cos they were right there in my head when I went to sleep and still there when I woke up. I'm sure they got up to something.
11: When did you last laugh?
Within the hour.
12: What is on the walls of the room you are in?:
Monet prints, cards and posters; two framed olde worlde maps of the world; a map of Devon; a sheet of wrapping paper with a tropical paradise scene printed on it; several postcards from around the Med; and a couple of night-time seascapes.
13: Seen anything weird lately?:
All the time. This town is full of wierd.
14: What do you think of this quiz?:
15: What is the last film you saw?:
Murder on the Orient Express was on TV earlier and I'm a Christie fan so I indulged.
16: If you became a multi-millionaire overnight, what would you buy first?:
A goodbye card to shove up my bosses @$$ and a bottle of whisky to celebrate.
17: Tell me something about you that I don't know:
In former lives I have been hanged and shot in the back.
18: If you could change one thing about the world, regardless of guilt or politics, what would you do?:
Give everyone enough food and clean water.
19: Do you like to dance?:
Hell yeah! if there is music, I will dance. :o)
20: George Bush: is he a power-crazy nutcase or some one who is finally doing something that has needed to be done for years?:
Power-crazy nutcase, but the ones I'm really afraid of are the ones who are pulling his strings.
21a: Imagine your first child is a girl, what do you call her?:
21b: Imagine your first child is a boy, what do you call him?:
22: Would you ever consider living abroad?:
Just as soon as I get those millions from question 16. :op
This week I told Mommie Dearest that I had a new obsession - Spander. Then I got her to watch her first ever episodes of BtVS. She watched the first few of the first series to get the basics, and then I showed her my favourite episodes. 12 episodes later she thinks Xander is adorable and Spike is pretty and that they'd make a wonderful couple. And she can't understand why Willow would prefer Oz to Xander. Oh, and she thinks Ripper was hot in Band Candy. My mom has taste. ;op
And cos that went so well, I somehow ended up saying more than I meant to, which means that she now knows I download and watch gay porn. Oops?
