Upsetting news from Kyrieane

kyrieane has had to temporarily delete her journal due to somebody (name withheld)) on her flist giving her flocked posts to Dusty, her estranged husband. She hopes to be back within the month. Please pass the news on to anyone who freaks when they see she's been emboldened. ;)

She's okay, considering the circumstances, which means kinda shook up and unhappy, but is still here in spirit.

ETA-the-last (26 August): Comments by 'name withheld' and a defender (apparently not a sock) have been deleted (and 'name withheld' banned and ~~anon~~ non-friend comments to this post are now screened) because this post is supposed to be a PSA, not a battleground or the gateway to a shitstorm in some other journal.

I hope she is too, but if not, I will keep in touch, and keep her in touch, any way I can.

Thank you for letting us know and tell her I miss her and love her and hope she's okay. And god forbid I ever find out who it was, because that is just henious. Bad enough to break flock over stupid fannish shit, but this? No.

yeah, I'm sitting here full of righteous fury and unable to do anything about/with it. She knows she's loved and will be missed, I made that very very clear, and with any luck she'll be back soon anyway, but if she isn't, she'll be out there lurking in the corners and keeping an eye on us. *g*

EPIC FAIL.

Ack! I don't even know her, but I remember going into f-lockdown last year when a RL ex+stalker came online to hassle me+friends and if I had f-listers that were feeding him stuff, I would've totally been hurt and pissed off beyond recognition. That's SO uncalled for! I can't understand that AT ALL, honestly, and I'll keep her in my thoughts during these trying times.

Words can't express how disgusted I am at (name witheld). Anybody who would masquerade as a friend and then betray that friendship in such an underhanded manner is beneath contempt.

Oh man, that SUCKS.

Personally, I hope whoever did it's (assuming it's known) name gets out so that an appropriate community response can occur. I would be DEVASTATED if I knew anyone I'd given access to my locked posts was capable of something like that.

Oh, hell no. I don't know who that name belongs to, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't deserve to be withheld. That's the sort of thing that had ought to get someone completely ostracized by, oh, everyone ever. Not that I know either of them personally. But. Seriously. There are some sins that are unforgiveable.

Like I say, I don't know kyrieane, but if she needs anything... I'll be glad to do what I can to help out. Because that? That was SO very very wrong.

Why is (name withheld)'s identity being protected? I think he/she should be named and exposed as one who does not respect the flock and cannot be trusted. How many of us have this person on our flists as well? If this person is on my flist, I want to know so that I can unfriend him/her ASAP. I think a little virtual shunning is in order.

Jesus, that's just so wrong. Breaking the flock is hugely bad anyway but in this kind of situation it's way beyond the pale.
